Every BluKru piece is designed to feel effortless and lasting. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the process seamless.
1. Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition with tags intact
2. Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Personalized or monogrammed pieces
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are offered based on availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and reviewed, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
